Pricing

$4.25/lb hanging weight + processing fees*

Estimated total cost for a whole hog:
    • Estimated hanging weight: 185 lbs
    • Estimated processing fees: $250.00*
    • Estimated take-home meat: 130 lb
    • Estimated total cost: $786.25 + $250.00 = $1,036.00

​*processing fees are subject to change, since the butcher controls those rates

How It Works

  1. Place your reservation deposit.
  2. When your processing date arrives, select your desired cutting instructions (we provide recommendations) and call them in to our processor.
  3. After your pork is finished being processed (usually in about 2 weeks), you'll pick it up at our farm store.

Your non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

Your final bill must be paid by check or cash, or be subject to a 3% credit card fee.
