Unseasoned beef strips, perfect for taco night!
For optimal flavor and tenderness, we recommend marinating for at least 4 hrs (overnight is best!). Include salt and an acid (e.g. lemon or lime juice) in your marinade for the best results!
These cook up beautifully and quickly in a cast iron skillet! Preheat your skillet on high to sear your meat. Be careful not to overcook - ideally the strips will be a little bit pink inside to serve.
